Project Engineer – Biomedical (Hospital Turnkey Projects) ? Thane (site-based) | Full-time | ₹30,000–50,000 per month site allowance About NL Healthcare NL Healthcare is a Maharashtra-based medical equipment and hospital turnkey projects company. We set up modular operation theatres, ICUs, CSSD, medical gas pipelines and complete hospital equipment for government and private hospitals.

Role Summary You will handle our hospital project at Thane from site readiness to equipment installation and handover. You will coordinate with the hospital, PWD/civil teams, OEMs and our subcontractors, and report to the Projects Manager.

Key Responsibilities Site execution Study layouts and drawings; check site readiness for modular OT, ICU, CSSD and other departments Supervise modular OT work: wall and ceiling panels, doors, HVAC/laminar airflow, pendants, OT lights and electrical points Coordinate CSSD setup: autoclaves, washer-disinfectors, workflow zoning and utilities Coordinate ICU setup: bed-head panels, pendants, monitors,



ventilators and medical gas outlets Track daily progress against the schedule and report delays with reasons Equipment installation Receive and check equipment at site against the delivery challan and PO Coordinate installation and demos with OEM engineers Keep photo proof of delivery and installation for every item Get installation reports and handover certificates signed by the hospital Coordination & documentation Coordinate with hospital staff, PWD/civil and electrical contractors, and vendors Maintain the site register, material records and snag list Prepare handover documents: installation reports, warranty papers, user training records Attend site meetings and share minutes with the office Requirements B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering 2–5 years of experience in hospital projects or medical equipment installation Priority: hands-on experience with Modular OT, CSSD, ICU or complete hospital setup projects Can read layouts and drawings Valuable with Excel, email and WhatsApp reporting Speaks Marathi, Hindi and English Ready to stay at the Thane site and travel when needed What We Offer Site allowance, direct exposure to large government hospital projects, and growth to Projects Manager.
