We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeller (Architectural) with strong 3D visualization capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for translating schematic architectural design concepts into highly accurate, clash-free Building Information Models (BIM) and detailed Construction Documents. You will collaborate closely with internal engineering teams and external consultants to ensure flawless execution of advanced lab facility designs.

Role & responsibilities

- BIM & 3D Modelling: Create, update, and maintain detailed, high-accuracy architectural 3D models using Autodesk Revit across all lifecycle phases of the project.
- Design Evolution: Progress initial design concepts from schematic stages into fully realized, organized sets of Construction Documents, plans, sections, elevations, and installation details.
- Clash Detection & Resolution: Perform rigorous model audits using Navisworks to identify, track, and resolve structural or MEP clashes and discrepancies early in the design cycle.
- Standards & Model Management: Assist leadership in establishing firm-wide Revit standards, maintaining model health, and providing technical troubleshooting support to other team members.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate dynamically with architects, structural engineers,



and turnkey project execution teams to guarantee total accuracy and alignment across all deliverables.
- Compliance Verification: Ensure all models strictly comply with local building regulations, international industry standards, and specific laboratory construction techniques.
- Technical Support: Deliver technical guidance and training on Revit workflows, internal model management, and BIM software applications to support the wider engineering team.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a professional degree in Architecture.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of intensive experience creating and managing architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Industry Background: Proven experience within Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC), or Turnkey Projects.
- Core Technical Competencies: Strong 3D visualization abilities, deep knowledge of architectural design principles, and a clear understanding of contemporary construction documentation and execution workflows.
- Software Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Solid exposure to Navisworks (for clash detection), SketchUp, and MS Office packages.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a highly collaborative approach to managing project milestones and deadlines.
