Position: BIM Modular – Mechanical

Job Summary looking for an experienced BIM Modular – Mechanical professional to support the planning, design coordination, modelling, and execution of mechanical systems for large-scale industrial and renewable energy projects in Andhra Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage 3D BIM models for mechanical systems and modular construction components.
- Prepare detailed mechanical layouts, equipment arrangements, piping and related BIM models.
- Coordinate mechanical models with Civil, Structural, Electrical, MEP and other disciplines.
- Review design drawings, engineering documents and model requirements for constructability.
- Identify and resolve clashes/interferences using BIM coordination tools.
- Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, model-based quantities and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, construction and project teams to ensure model accuracy.
- Support modular construction planning, installation sequencing and site execution.
- Maintain BIM models as per project standards, specifications and approved design changes.




- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve technical/model-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, procedures, drawing standards and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment, fabrication and installation-related information.
- Update models based on site changes and prepare as-built BIM documentation.

Mandatory Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in BIM/Mechanical Modelling and modular construction.
- Strong experience in Mechanical BIM, 3D modelling and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Experience in industrial, infrastructure, renewable energy, power plant, manufacturing or large-scale construction projects will be relevant.
- Hands-on knowledge of Revit MEP / Navisworks / AutoCAD or equivalent BIM tools.
- Good understanding of mechanical systems, equipment layouts, piping and construction methodologies.
- Solid coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
