Role Description The BIM Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for leading and managing Building Information Modeling processes across multiple projects. Day-to-day tasks include setting BIM standards, developing and maintaining project-specific BIM execution plans, and coordinating models among architecture, structural, and MEP teams. The BIM Manager will oversee model creation, clash detection, and issue resolution, ensuring data integrity, adherence to design intent, and alignment with project timelines.

The role involves collaborating closely with project managers, consultants, and site teams, providing technical guidance, training, and support on BIM tools and workflows,



and promoting best practices in virtual design and construction.

Qualifications

- Robust proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with experience implementing BIM standards and protocols.
- Experience in BIM Coordination, including multidisciplinary model integration, clash detection, and coordination between architecture, structure, and MEP services.
- Skills in Virtual Design and construction methodologies, with the ability to translate digital models into actionable plans for project teams.
- Professional background in Architecture or related built-environment disciplines, with a solid understanding of design processes and construction documentation.
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration within BIM models.
- Relevant experience with industry software such as Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM coordination tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field; advanced BIM certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in large-scale residential or mixed-use projects within the real estate or construction sector is preferred.
