Role Description The BIM Engineer – MEP will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining detailed BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems on building and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating construction drawings, performing clash detection and resolution, collaborating with architects and structural/civil teams, and ensuring MEP models align with project standards and client requirements.

The role involves supporting design development,



preparing coordinated layouts, extracting quantities, and assisting with design reviews and technical documentation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram, requiring close collaboration with project teams and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, with the ability to create and manage detailed coordinated models.
- Hands-on experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including design understanding and coordination within multidisciplinary projects.
- Ability to prepare and interpret Construction Drawings, including layouts, sections, details, and schedules for MEP and related disciplines.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Civil Engineering fundamentals to ensure effective coordination between MEP, structural, and architectural elements.
- Familiarity with common BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and related collaboration platforms.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality in modeling and documentation.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for working with global and cross-functional project teams.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field; prior experience in BIM/MEP roles is an advantage.
