The company works across the project lifecycle, from engineering and planning to execution and delivery for a variety of civil engineering and construction projects. Econstruct works on RCC, steel, composite and multidisciplinary projects while also focusing on developing industry-ready engineering professionals through technical training and mentorship.

Role Description The BIM Engineer will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating BIM models for structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines across ongoing projects. The role involves creating and reviewing Revit models, coordinating multidisciplinary models, identifying and managing clashes using Navisworks, and supporting project teams with BIM-based planning and documentation.

The candidate will work closely with structural engineers, architects, MEP teams, consultants, and project teams to ensure that BIM models accurately reflect design requirements and support constructability and project execution. The role will also involve supporting 4D BIM and project planning activities using Primavera P6 and MS Project where required.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, offering hands-on exposure to real-world engineering and construction projects.

Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM coordination.




- Advanced knowledge of Revit Structure and intermediate to advanced knowledge of Revit MEP .
- Strong working knowledge of Navisworks Manage , including model federation, clash detection, clash management, coordination, and Timeliner.
- Ability to coordinate Structural, Architectural, and MEP models and identify design and constructability issues.
- Good understanding of BIM workflows, LOD requirements, model standards, naming conventions, and BIM documentation.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for project planning and scheduling.
- Understanding of 4D BIM and the ability to connect BIM models with project schedules will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is expected.
- Knowledge of Dynamo, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, 5D BIM, quantity take-off, ISO 19650, or VDC workflows will be an added advantage.
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field. Diploma holders with strong relevant BIM experience may also be considered.
- Typically 2–6 years of relevant BIM experience , preferably in structural BIM, MEP BIM, multidisciplinary coordination, construction, or large-scale projects.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and contribute to technical training and mentoring initiatives.
