JKR Consulting & Services is looking for BIM ELV Engineers to join our team and work on a prestigious large commercial project in Bangalore Main City .

? Position Details

- Position: BIM ELV Engineer
- Openings: 4 Nos.
- Location: Bangalore Main City, Karnataka
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA
- Notice Period: Candidates who can join within 15–20 days can apply
- Notice Buyout: Available

? Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ELV Revit/BIM models as per project requirements and BIM standards.
- Model ELV services and coordinate them with Architecture, Structure and MEP disciplines .
- Prepare and update models from LOD 300 to LOD 350/400 .
- Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
- Incorporate service penetrations, openings, supports and hangers .
- Prepare drawings, layouts, schedules and project documentation.
- Follow project BIM standards, naming conventions and QA/QC procedures .




- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely delivery of BIM models and project deliverables.

? Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Autodesk Revit – ELV .
- Good understanding of ELV systems and BIM workflows .
- Working knowledge of Navisworks and Clash Detection .
- Understanding of LOD 300/350/400 requirements.
- Knowledge of BIM Standards / ISO 19650 will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
