It is one of the fastest growing companies in this category and deals primarily in lighting (bulbs, LEDs, interior/exterior lighting etc.) and wiring, and it is now entering the category of switches, MCBs, etc. In future Sturlite would also want to enter small electrical appliances like fans, geysers, kitchen appliances etc.

It is a rapidly growing company with 2X annual business growth, having established itself in South & West India markets in the last few years, the company is aiming at a pan India presence by this year end and aiming to be one of the major players in the category within the next 3 years.

Role Summary

Responsible for managing end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) operations including sales order processing, billing, delivery execution, credit note handling, and stock monitoring using SAP.

Key Responsibilities

Create, edit, and review sales orders using SAP (VA01, VA02, VA03)





Monitor order status (Open / In Process / Completed) using VA04, VA05

Manage outbound deliveries (VL01, VL02, VL03, VL04)

Perform Post Goods Issue (PGI) and handle reversals when required

Generate invoices using VF01, VF02, VF04 and ensure accuracy

Process credit notes with proper approvals and linkage

Monitor stock position using MMBE, MB51, MB52

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper SAP usage in daily operations

SAP T-Codes:

Sales Orders: VA01, VA02, VA03, VA04, VA05

Delivery: VL01, VL02, VL03, VL04

Billing: VF01, VF02, VF04

Inventory: MMBE, MB51, MB52

Skills & Requirements:

O2C / Billing / SAP SD operations

Robust knowledge of sales order, delivery, and billing cycle

Hands-on experience in SAP (SD/MM)

Good coordination with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams

Attention to detail and process-oriented approach

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Timely order processing and billing

Accuracy in SAP transactions

Reduction in errors and reversals

Efficient stock and delivery management
