About the RoleWe are looking for a Billing Manager to own the end-to-end project billing and commercial coordination function.

The role will manage client milestone billing, receivables tracking, vendor billing, PO-GRN reconciliation, petty cash, MIS, and project commercial documentation, working closely with Project Management, Procurement, and Finance teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Billing & Receivables

- Prepare and raise client invoices based on project milestones and contractual terms.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure timely certification and billing of completed milestones.
- Track project-wise receivables, collections, outstanding invoices, and ageing.
- Follow up on pending collections and escalate delays to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain an updated project-wise billing and collections dashboard.

Vendor Billing & Reconciliation

- Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices against approved POs, GRNs, and work orders.




- Perform 3-way matching before vendor payment processing.
- Coordinate with Procurement and site teams to resolve PO/GRN/invoice discrepancies.
- Track vendor payables and ensure complete supporting documentation.

Commercial & Project MIS

- Maintain project-wise trackers covering billing raised, collections, outstanding amounts, vendor payments, and projected billing.
- Prepare monthly project commercial MIS for senior management.
- Support project-level P&L; reconciliation and identify commercial variances.
- Maintain complete and audit-ready billing documentation.

Compliance & Controls

- Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS, retention, deductions, and contractual billing requirements.
- Manage project petty cash, including voucher verification, approvals, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Ensure contracts, work orders, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents are properly maintained.
- Support month-end closing and audit requirements in coordination with Finance.

What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in project billing, commercial management, accounts, or project finance.
- Experience in construction, commercial interiors, real estate, infrastructure,



or fit-out projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of project billing cycles, milestone billing, PO/GRN processes, vendor billing, and commercial contracts.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, retention, deductions, and project commercial controls.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and billing/accounting systems.
- Experience with Tally or equivalent accounting software preferred.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong reconciliation and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage billing and commercial activities across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- CA Inter will be an added advantage.
