PCR Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Billing Engineer to handle project billing, subcontractor bills, BOQ preparation, quantity measurement, and coordination with project/site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify subcontractor bills based on actual site measurements and work completed.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for civil and construction works.
- Check quantities as per approved drawings, BOQ, work orders, and site measurements.
- Prepare RA Bills (Running Account Bills) and ensure proper documentation.
- Verify subcontractor measurements and supporting documents before bill submission.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, QS, Store and Accounts teams.
- Maintain records of work orders, measurements, bills, deductions, and payments.
- Identify quantity variations and prepare variation statements when required.
- Assist in preparation of client bills and reconciliation of quantities.
- Check material consumption and quantities against approved BOQ.
- Ensure accuracy in billing and prevent overbilling/duplicate billing.
- Prepare quantity statements, rate analysis, and other billing-related reports.
- Visit project sites when required for physical measurement and verification.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of BOQ, Quantity Surveying and Construction Billing.
- Experience in subcontractor billing and RA bills.
- Knowledge of civil construction measurements and billing procedures.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience in construction billing, quantity surveying, subcontractor billing, or project billing.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in building construction projects and hands-on experience in subcontractor bill verification, BOQ preparation and site measurements will be preferred.
