We are looking for a motivated and communication-focused Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US Staffing team at Anvizon.

Responsibilities: Source and engage candidates for US staffing requirements.

- Work on candidate calling, screening and profile evaluation.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.

Use job portals and recruitment platforms for candidate sourcing.

- Maintain candidate information and follow up throughout the recruitment process.

Work with the recruitment team to meet daily and monthly hiring goals.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Graduates and undergraduates can apply.
- Valuable English communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in the US shift.

Ability to communicate confidently with candidates.

Shift: US Shift

Work Location: Patan, Gujarat
