Experience Required: 1-4 Years

Location of Posting: Visakhapatnam/Hyderabad/ Rajahmundry

· Looking for someone who is aggressive, Team Player and well aware of the technologies in the market.

· Have Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.

· Should have Minimum 1-4 years of experience in Bench Sales/Us IT Recruiters (US IT Staffing )

· Knowledge of Employment Type w2, Corp to Corp, 1099.

· Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e., Monster, DICE, Career Builder etc.).

· Making job postings on the Job Portal/s.

· Coordinating the entire recruitment process until the consultant is on-boarded.





· Experienced with End to End cycle of sales/Us IT Recruiters from submitting Profiles, Rate Negotiations and Follow Up.

· Must deal patiently with the consultants and keep Updated them on daily basis regarding the marketing.

· Must be prompt on Responding on time to consultants, Vendors and Clients.

· Update and maintain every month reports of Interviews scheduled and Placements done.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
