Role Overview

nWe are seeking an experienced and highly proactive VMS Support Analyst with deep

nexpertise in Beeline administration to manage end-to-end support operations for our

nVendor Management System platform.

nIn this role, you will be the primary subject matter expert responsible for triaging,

ntroubleshooting, and resolving tier-1 and tier-2 VMS support tickets, optimizing platform

nconfigurations, and ensuring seamless operations for internal teams and client

nstakeholders. As a self-starter, you must be capable of driving resolutions

nindependently, operating with zero guidance, and maintaining platform stability in a

nfast-paced operational workplace.

nKey Responsibilities

n1. VMS Administration & Support Operations

n● Serve as the core System Administrator for the Beeline VMS platform, managing

noperational workflows, system configurations, user access, and security

npermissions.

n● Triage, investigate, and resolve high-volume support tickets, system issues, and

nfunctional queries from internal teams, suppliers, and clients within strict SLAs.

n● Analyze root causes of recurring platform issues and build standardized

noperating procedures (SOPs) to streamline ticket resolution.

n● Manage client-specific configuration updates, rate cards, custom field setups,

nand workflow routing rules within Beeline.

n2. Process Optimization & Cross-Functional Collaboration

n● Partner with implementation, testing,



and optimization teams to provide early

noperational insights during new program go-lives and system updates.

n● Monitor data integrity, integrations, and operational reporting across the VMS

necosystem to ensure system consistency.

n● Deliver tier-1 training, documentation, and operational guidelines to upskill

ninternal team members and reduce escalation dependencies.

nQualifications & Requirements

nMandatory Criteria

nExperience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Beeline VMS Administration and

nplatform support.

n

nCore Expertise: expert in Beeline configuration, workflow management, rate card

nstructures, and ticket resolution processes.

nProven track record as a self-starter who can operate independently, prioritize workload,

nand deliver results with minimal to zero supervision.

nProblem-Solving: Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve

ncomplex VMS configuration and functional issues under pressure.

nCommunication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills for

nstakeholder management and client interactions.

nPreferred / Added Advantage

nCertifications: Official Beeline Certified Level 1 Or Level 2 Administrator strongly

npreferred.

nMulti-VMS Experience: Working knowledge or hands-on experience with other leading

nVMS platforms, specifically SAP Fieldglass or Workday VNDLY.
