About the Role

AR Digital Technology Pvt. Ltd. is a growing Digital Marketing and Technology company providing Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Branding, Software Development, AI Automation, and Business Growth Solutions.

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven BDM / Sales Manager to generate new business, acquire Indian and international clients, manage key accounts, lead the sales team, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business through B2B sales, cold calling, field visits, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email outreach, and online platforms.
- Acquire Indian and international clients for Digital Marketing and Technology services.
- Identify and convert opportunities through Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other bidding platforms.
- Search for relevant projects and submit professional bids, proposals, and quotations.
- Handle client communication, presentations, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closure.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Lead, train, guide, and monitor the sales team.
- Assign targets and track individual and team performance.
- Follow up on proposals, quotations, pending decisions, and active opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing, technical, and delivery teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and reports.
- Identify new markets, industries, and international business opportunities.

Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and revenue generation.




- Experience selling Digital Marketing, IT Services, Website Development, Software, SaaS, or Technology solutions preferred.
- Practical experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, Freelancer, or similar bidding platforms highly preferred.
- International client acquisition experience will be an advantage.
- Strong skills in proposal writing, negotiation, presentation, follow-up, and closing.
- Good understanding of CRM and sales pipeline management.
- Strong English communication skills, especially for international clients.
- Previous experience managing or leading a sales team is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for approved client meetings and business development activities.
