WE ARE HIRING BDM | EMPLOYEE TRANSPORT SERVICES (ETS) Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) Employee Transport Services Location: Pune Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Employee Transport / Corporate Transportation / Transport Services Sales Salary: 31,000 40,000 per month Gender: Female Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Generate new business opportunities in Employee Transport Services (ETS). Identify and approach new corporate clients. Generate leads through market research, networking, references, and other channels.

Arrange and attend meetings with prospective corporate clients. Understand client requirements and propose suitable transport solutions. Handle client negotiations, quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.

Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing corporate clients. Coordinate with the Operations Team for smooth service delivery. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into business.

Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records,



and regular sales reports. Achieve assigned sales and business development targets. REQUIRED PROFILE Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in Employee Transport Services / Corporate Transportation / Transport Industry.

Strong B2B sales and business development experience. Experience in new client acquisition and corporate client handling. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of the Pune corporate market will be an advantage. Confident, presentable, proactive, and target-oriented. Female candidates preferred.
