Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BDE (Business Development Executive) role based in Dwarka. The BDE will support lead generation activities, contact potential clients, and present HR TEAM’s services through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Daily responsibilities include maintaining client databases, following up on inquiries, scheduling and attending client discussions, and assisting in drafting proposals and basic sales documentation.

The role also involves coordinating with internal HR and operations teams to understand service offerings, contributing to marketing and outreach campaigns, and preparing simple reports on business development activities and outcomes. This position is suitable for freshers and recent graduates who are eager to start a career in business development and client servicing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build rapport and present information clearly.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and negotiation skills, including comfort with cold calling, handling objections, and following up with prospects.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in maintaining records and preparing reports.
- Candidates should possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Candidates should possess a graduate degree in any discipline; a focus in Business, Management, or Commerce is an added advantage.
- Candidates should possess a proactive and learning-oriented mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team workplace.
