Role Description This is a full-time in office role for a Business Development Executive (BDE), based in Patna. The BDE will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and partners, and promote Scrollwell’s training programs.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, managing leads, preparing proposals, and participating in client meetings and presentations. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, tracking sales performance,



and providing regular reports on pipeline and conversions. The BDE is expected to contribute to strategic initiatives that expand Scrollwell’s presence in the education and skills development sector.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities in the education and training sector.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage educators, institutions, and stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for CRM, reporting, and online collaboration.
- Demonstrated negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in EdTech, training services, or education sector business development is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
