We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BDE cum Trainer to handle business development, client interaction, field visits, presentations, and training activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate new business leads through market research, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Identify and develop recent client and institutional opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct training sessions, awareness programs, workshops, and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable training/service solutions.
- Manage leads and maintain regular follow-ups until closure.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
- Prepare sales and activity reports.




- Represent the organization professionally during client meetings and training programs.

FIELD VISITS & TRAVEL:
- Regular client visits and field work are mandatory.
- Candidate must be comfortable travelling to client/institution locations.
- Local and outstation travel may be required as per business requirements.
- Official travel expenses, including applicable travel fare and other approved expenses, will be reimbursed/disbursed as per company policy.

ELIGIBILITY

- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- BBA/MBA/B.Tech or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Training, Counselling, or related fields.
- Freshers with good communication and presentation skills can also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Odia, Hindi, and English.
- Good presentation and training skills.
- Willingness to travel and interact with clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital tools.
- Target-oriented and professional approach.
