We’re looking for Business Development Associates to join our Renewals team and handle the India market.?

Work Mode: Work From Home

Employment Type: Full-Time??

Market: Domestic / India

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Immediate Joiners Preferred

? Requirements

? Graduation is mandatory, not pursuing any degree

? Freshers are welcome

?️ Positive English & Hindi communication skills

? Strong convincing, negotiation & objection-handling skills

? Personal laptop is mandatory

? Stable Wi-Fi & power backup required

- ? Comfortable with sales/renewal targets

? Key Responsibilities•

Connect with existing customers and drive renewals

- Understand customer requirements and address concerns
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Follow up with customers and close renewals
- Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM
- Build strong customer relationships
- Achieve assigned renewal targets
