Role Description The BDA Intern role is an on-site internship based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the business development team by identifying potential leads, conducting market research, and maintaining accurate records of outreach activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and social platforms, assisting in preparing presentations or proposals,



and coordinating with internal teams to follow up on leads.

The intern will also help analyze campaign results, gather feedback from prospects, and contribute ideas to improve engagement strategies and sales processes.

Qualifications

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospective clients clearly and professionally.
- Basic understanding of sales or business development processes, including lead generation and pipeline follow-up.
- Analytical and research abilities to study markets, identify opportunities, and organize data effectively.
- Comfort with using productivity and collaboration tools (such as spreadsheets, CRM systems, email, and online meeting platforms).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a structured on-site environment in Bengaluru.
- Interest in education technology, learning innovation, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline preferred.

Compensation: 18k based on perfomance
