Business Development Intern –

Role: Business Development Intern (Lead Generation & Email Campaigns)

Type: Internship | Full-time

Reports to: Asst. Business Development Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive BD Intern to support our outbound sales efforts. You'll be the engine behind our email campaigns — researching prospects, building contact lists, and helping generate qualified leads for our services.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify target companies and decision-makers (using LinkedIn, company websites, directories, and tools like Apollo/ZoomInfo/Lusha)
- Build and maintain accurate contact databases with verified emails and role details
- Support email outreach campaigns — list segmentation, scheduling, and tracking responses




- Qualify inbound responses and pass warm leads to the BD team
- Maintain CRM hygiene — log activities, update lead statuses, and clean data
- Track campaign metrics (open rates, replies, bounces) and share weekly reports

What We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Solid research and internet skills; comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
- Good written English and attention to detail
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools (Mailchimp, Lemlist, etc.) or CRMs is a plus
- Self-starter who can work with targets and deadlines
