Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive or related field

Job Summary

Responsible for Lithium-ion battery pack prototype building, electrical testing, BMS validation, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Build battery pack prototypes as per BOM, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Perform cell/module assembly, busbar welding, harness, BMS, fuse, contactor, and connector installation.
- Conduct electrical and performance tests including voltage, current, capacity, energy, DCIR, insulation resistance, and efficiency.
- Perform BMS testing, CAN communication analysis, fault diagnosis, and parameter verification using tools such as PCAN.




- Support thermal mapping, charge/discharge, environmental, life-cycle, and vehicle-level testing.
- Troubleshoot battery failures and prepare RCA/8D and test reports.
- Maintain test data, prototype build records, equipment, and laboratory safety requirements.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of Lithium-ion/LFP battery pack architecture and BMS.
- Hands-on experience with battery testing equipment and charge/discharge cyclers.
- Basic knowledge of CAN communication and battery diagnostic tools.
- Good electrical troubleshooting, data analysis, and report preparation skills.
- Knowledge of UN 38.3, ISO 12405, AIS-156 or similar battery standards is an advantage.
