Barista – Coffee Island | Position: Barista Brand: Coffee Island Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per brand standards. Operate espresso machines and other café equipment. Take customer orders and provide friendly customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and work station. Handle billing/POS and manage customer requests efficiently. Ensure proper stock handling of coffee, ingredients, and supplies. Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Support the team in daily café operations.
Requirements: 10th / 12th pass preferred. Fresher or experienced candidates can apply. Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations preferred. Valuable communication and customer-service skills. Comfortable working in rotational shifts. Presentable, energetic, and team-oriented.
