Job Purpose:

To prepare and serve quality beverages and maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional cafeteria/service area for hospital staff, patients' attendants, doctors, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, cold beverages, and other beverages as per the hospital's requirements.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, kettles, and other beverage equipment properly.
- Ensure beverages are prepared with proper taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage preparation and serving area at all times.
- Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices as per hospital standards.
- Check availability and maintain adequate stock of coffee, tea, milk, sugar, and other required items.
- Inform the supervisor about stock shortages, damaged equipment, or any operational issues.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverage materials.
- Maintain cleanliness of utensils, cups, glasses, machines, and other equipment.
- Serve beverages politely and professionally to staff, patients' attendants, doctors, and visitors.




- Follow the prescribed portion sizes and preparation standards to minimize wastage.
- Maintain proper records of stock and consumption, if assigned.
- Handle customer requests and complaints courteously and report issues to the supervisor.
- Follow hospital rules, safety guidelines, uniform requirements, and infection-control practices.
- Avoid unnecessary mobile phone usage during duty hours.
- Perform any other duties related to cafeteria/beverage services as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualification & Experience:

- Minimum 10th/12th pass preferred.
- Prior experience as a Barista, Café Staff, Beverage Counter Staff, or similar role preferred.
- Experience in a hospital, hotel, café, restaurant, or institutional cafeteria will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline in the workplace.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
