Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Banking Sales Executives. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable banking products, generating leads, handling follow-ups, and assisting customers throughout the sales process.

This is a good chance for fresh graduates who want to start their career in banking, sales and financial services. Training and guidance will be provided to help candidates understand the products and sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential customers through calls and other channels.
- Generate and manage leads for banking products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Explain product features, benefits and eligibility to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into business.
- Maintain regular communication with customers.




- Assist customers with the required documentation and application process.
- Maintain records of leads and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth processing.

Skills Required
- Good communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- No prior banking experience required.
