Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, valuable communication skills, and the ability to prepare quality beverages while maintaining excellent service and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, shakes, and other hot & cold beverages as per standard recipes.
- Prepare espresso-based beverages such as Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, Latte, Mocha and Cold Coffee.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation and portioning.
- Take customer orders, understand preferences and provide suitable recommendations.
- Handle POS/billing and cash transactions when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment and customer areas.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups and other ingredients and inform the supervisor about replenishment requirements.




- Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including workstation setup, cleaning and stock checks.
- Work closely with the café/service team to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience as a Barista or in a café/F&B; environment.
- Freshers with a strong interest in coffee and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of coffee, espresso-based beverages and brewing methods is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, grooming and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays as required.

Education 12th Pass / Diploma / Hotel Management qualification preferred.
