Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Banking Skilled role based in Dehradun.

The Banking

Professional will support branch operations, including opening and servicing accounts, processing transactions, and handling customer queries with accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities include promoting banking products such as deposits, loans, credit cards, and digital services, while ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies.



The role involves maintaining up-to-date customer records, monitoring account activities, and assisting in branch sales initiatives and campaigns.

The Banking

Professional will collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service, meet performance targets, and uphold HDFC Bank’s standards of integrity and customer focus.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer service, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic banking operations, transaction handling, and documentation accuracy.
- Candidates should possess aptitude in sales, cross-selling of banking products, and achievement of branch targets.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with digital banking platforms, MS Office tools, and general computer literacy.
- Candidates should possess abilities in problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in retail banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of local language and English, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance norms, is beneficial.
