Role Description The Bank Teller role at Unity Small Finance Bank is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Lucknow Area.

Qualifications

- Strong teller operations skills, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and routine branch transactions with accuracy.
- Proficient in cash handling, cash drawer balancing, and adherence to cash control and security procedures.
- Excellent customer service abilities, with a focus on resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and supporting a positive branch experience.
- Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues in person and over the phone.
- Comfort with using banking systems, basic computer applications, and digital tools to process transactions and access information.
- Attention to detail and adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal policy requirements in all transactions.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Lucknow Area, manage time efficiently, and handle peak customer traffic.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in retail banking, cash operations, or customer-facing financial services roles is preferred but not mandatory.
