Role Description The Bakery Intern role is an on-site internship based in Delhi, India. In this role, the intern supports daily production by assisting with measuring ingredients, preparing doughs and batters, baking, decorating, and packaging products under supervision. The intern helps maintain a clean and organized workspace, follows food safety and hygiene standards, and supports inventory checks and stock rotation.

Responsibilities may also include assisting with display arrangements, simple customer interactions,



and basic record keeping related to production. The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in bakery operations, product quality control, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Interest in baking and pastry arts, with a willingness to learn practical skills in a professional kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment, ingredient handling, and food safety principles (formal training is a plus).
- Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and standard operating procedures with attention to detail.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with comfort working in a fast-paced, early-morning or shift-based environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
