• Financial Planning Annual Budget, Forecasting, and Long-Range Planning. Budget vs Actual analysis and variance reporting. Support strategic business planning and decision-making. ✅ Plant Finance &

• Financial Control Lead plant finance and controlling activities. Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. Monitoring plant expenses and ensuring budget compliance. Strengthen financial controls and internal governance. ✅ Inventory &

• Working Capital Management Inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.



Monitoring slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory. Preparation of Monthly MIS and Business Review Reports. Financial dashboards and performance reporting. Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams to improve profitability. ✅ CAPEX &

• Investment Evaluation Project cost monitoring and investment reviews. Compliance &

• Audit Coordination with Internal, Statutory, and Cost Auditors. Ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements. Support cost audits and financial audits.

Qualified Chartered

Accountant (CA). ~7-14 years of experience in Plant Finance, Costing, Business Finance, or Finance Controller roles. ~ Experience in Pharma, Chemical, FMCG, Healthcare, Agrochemical, API, Formulation, or Process Manufacturing industries . ~ Strong understanding of Product Costing, Budgeting, Financial Controlling, Inventory Management, and Business Finance. ~ Hands-on exposure to SAP HANA preferred. ~ Advanced Excel and financial analytics skills. ~
