NWe are seeking a talentedand motivated Ruby on Rails Developer with solid expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS) and relational databases (PostgreSQL). In this role, you will be responsible for

Ndesigning, building, and maintaining scalable server-side web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and designers, to deliver high-quality, secure, and performant solutions.

NKey Responsibilities

n● Application Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby

Ncode using the Rails framework.

N● Database Architecture: Design and optimize relational databases using PostgreSQL, including

Nwriting complex queries, managing migrations, and ensuring data integrity and

Noverall system performance.

N● Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy, monitor, and scale applications utilizing Amazon Web Services

N(AWS). Manage and configure core services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Elastic

NBeanstalk.

n● API Design: Develop and maintain RESTful (or GraphQL) APIs to seamlessly support

Nfront-end integrations and third-party services.

N● Code Quality & Testing: Write comprehensive automated test suites using tools like RSpec or

NCapybara. Conduct peer code reviews to maintain code quality, organization, and

Nautomation.

n● Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devising solutions to mitigate these

Nissues and ensure application scalability for high-traffic environments.

N● Collaboration: Work in an Agile environment,

Nstand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

NRequired Qualifications

N● Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a

Nproven track record in building web applications in a production environment.

N● Ruby on Rails: Expert-level understanding of Ruby syntax, object-oriented

Nprogramming, and the Rails framework (MVC architecture, ActiveRecord,

NActiveJob).

n● Database Management: Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL, including database design,

Nindexing, query optimization, and troubleshooting.

N● Cloud Computing: Hands-on experience with the AWS ecosystem and deployment

Npipelines. Familiarity with managing cloud environments and ensuring robust

Nsystem security.

n● Version Control: Proficiency with Git and GitHub/GitLab in a collaborative, team-based

Nsetting.

n● Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to tackling

Ncomplex technical challenges.

N● Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to

Nclearly explain technicalconcepts to non-technical stakeholders.
