We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer (Python Stack) with strong expertise in backend development, API development, database management, performance optimization, and scalable system design.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend applications using Python.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Django / Flask.
- Design and optimize database queries using MySQL / PostgreSQL.
- Implement Redis caching and asynchronous workflows.
- Debug and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability.
- Work on API performance, scalability, and backend optimization.
- Collaborate with Product, Frontend, QA, DevOps, and other teams.
- Support AWS-based deployments and scalable backend infrastructure.
- Follow best practices for coding, security, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python.
- Hands-on experience with Django / Flask.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs.
- Experience with Redis & Caching.
- Good knowledge of MySQL / PostgreSQL.
- Basic understanding of NGINX.




- Good knowledge of Linux fundamentals.
- Strong Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and problem-solving skills.
