nWhat You'll Do
n✅ Design and build highly scalable, resilient, and maintainable backend systems
n✅ Define architecture standards, service boundaries, and integration patterns
n✅ Lead the development of high-performance backend services using Python & FastAPI
n✅ Architect distributed systems, microservices, event-driven platforms, and modular applications
n✅ Optimize database design across PostgreSQL/MySQL and NoSQL technologies
n✅ Drive technical discussions, mentor engineers, and establish engineering best practices
n✅ Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders
nKey Skills & Experience
n✔️ 10+ years of backend/software engineering experience
n✔️ 3+ years of hands-on FastAPI development in production environments
n✔️ Expert-level Python programming skills
n✔️ Strong experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and NoSQL databases
n✔️ Deep understanding of:

- SOLID Principles & Design Patterns

- System Design & Scalability

n✔️ Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, CI/CD, and Kubernetes

n• Monolith to Microservices migration experience
n• Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, or similar messaging systems
n• OAuth2, JWT, API Gateways & Rate Limiting
n• Prior experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Backend Engineer, or Solution Architect
