Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable backend architectures
- Write high-quality code at very high speed
- Implement multi-agent AI workflows
- Work with large datasets, ensuring performance and reliability at scale
- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to ensure data availability and integrity
- Monitor and improve data quality, pipeline performance, and overall infrastructure health
Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.E. from a Tier 1 IIT
- 4+ years of experience in Python and Java
- Strong understanding of AI, with the ability to use it to build 10x faster than others
- Strong understanding of data modeling, system design, scalable code structures, and distributed systems
- Hunger to learn and solve tough, ambiguous data problems in a fast-paced startup environment
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
