Role & responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain backend integrations (Node.js-based) across ERP (Oracle NetSuite, Unicommerce), POS (Wondersoft), payments (Razorpay, Pine Labs), logistics (Pidge), CRM/loyalty (Karnival, Easyrewardz, Gupshup), and VetBuddy

- Develop and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs and webhook-based data sync between systems

- Own data integrity and error handling across integration points (order sync, inventory sync, payment reconciliation, loyalty/CRM updates)

- Provide Level 2 technical support for integration-related incidents escalated from the Helpdesk

- Work closely with ERP/POS SPOCs on business application-side technical requirements

- Participate in the Request Review Execution Testing Closure process for all integration changes

- Maintain technical documentation for all integration points and middleware logic





- Collaborate with the Front-End Developer on API contracts for any integration touching the Shopify/website/app layer

Essential Experience:

- 3- 6 years of backend/middleware development experience, with Node.js as a core, hands-on skill

- Experience integrating ERP and/or POS systems with third-party platforms via APIs/webhooks

- Familiarity with e-commerce or retail transaction flows (orders, payments, inventory, fulfillment)

- SQL/database proficiency

- Preferred: direct experience with any of Oracle NetSuite, Unicommerce, Wondersoft, or similar retail/ERP platforms;

experience integrating payment gateways (Razorpay or similar) or logistics platforms (Pidge or similar).
