Job Summary

Turbo Tech Engineers is looking for a Back Office Executive to support our sales, operations, documentation, and day-to-day office activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with Excel, emails, customer records, and order-related documentation.

Inventory Responsibilities

- Maintain and update daily stock/inventory records.
- Track incoming and outgoing products and spare parts.
- Check physical stock against system/Excel records.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability.
- Prepare stock reports and identify low-stock items.
- Maintain accurate records of part numbers, quantities, and product details.
- Assist with purchase and restocking requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding product availability.
- Monitor stock movement and support regular inventory checks.

Requirements

- Good knowledge of MS Excel,



MS Word, and Email.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of data entry and documentation.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in automobile, diesel engine parts, machinery, or spare parts will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge and communication skills can also apply.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Working Hours: 10:30 AM To 7:00 PM
