Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day back-office and administrative activities.
- Maintain and update records, reports, files, and documentation accurately.
- Handle emails, correspondence, data entry, and routine office communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams and assist in resolving operational requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of hotel and guest-related information.
- Follow hotel standards, policies, and professional workplace procedures.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach while communicating with colleagues, guests, and external contacts.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant hospitality/administrative qualification is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, email, and basic computer operations.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Professional appearance and well-groomed personality appropriate for a premium hotel environment.
- Positive attitude, discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of hotel operations .
