We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our day-to-day office operations. The candidate will be responsible for data entry, maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams, and handling general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day back office and administrative activities.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and files.
- Verify and update customer/company information.
- Coordinate with sales and other internal departments.
- Handle basic computer and office-related work.
- Manage emails, documents, and other office correspondence.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
