Check and update customer information in the system. Coordinate with sales executives, customers, banks/NBFCs, and other departments.

Follow up on pending documents and loan applications. Maintain accurate records and update loan status regularly. Coordinate for login, processing, approval, and disbursement of loans. Ensure all required documents are collected and properly maintained.

Resolve documentation and processing-related issues. Prepare daily/weekly reports related to loan applications. Ensure timely processing of files and meet department targets.

Requirements: Good communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and computer operations. Positive attention to detail and documentation skills. Previous experience in loan/finance/banking operations will be an advantage. Freshers can also be considered based on skills and attitude.
