Data platforms / distributed systems exposure

Ideal Candidate

Experience working in product-based companies only

Strong backend engineering and production ownership

Experience building scalable SaaS applications

Good understanding of APIs, asynchronous processing and distributed systems

Strong coding and problem-solving skills

Job stability is important — candidates with frequent job changes or tenures below 1.5 years will not be considered

AI / Data Platform exposure is a plus
