Go Kite Travel & Tours is looking for a target-driven B2B Travel & Global Visa Consultant to manage and grow a portfolio of travel-agent and B2B partner accounts.
The role focuses on account management, relationship building, visa sales, business growth and partner engagement, with products including Global Visas, Holidays and related travel services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned travel-agent and B2B accounts.
- Build solid relationships and drive repeat business.
- Handle B2B enquiries for global visas, holidays and travel services.
- Advise agents on visa requirements, documentation and processing timelines.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and drive conversions.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal operations and outside sales teams for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain CRM records and regular follow-ups.
- Monitor account performance and reactivate inactive accounts.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, margin and account-growth targets.
- Stay updated on global visa rules, embassy requirements and travel products.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B travel, visa sales, holiday sales, ticketing or travel consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of global visa procedures and travel products.
- Experience handling travel agents/B2B clients preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with good sales and conversion skills.
- Knowledge of CRM and travel portals.
- Based in or willing to work from Bangalore.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
