Role Description This is a full-time, on-site B2B Sales role based in Kochi. The B2B Sales professional will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and present SyncUp’s solutions to decision-makers in target organizations. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing and delivering presentations and demos, negotiating contracts and pricing, and managing the sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve offerings, providing feedback from the market,



and offering training or onboarding support to current clients to ensure successful adoption of SyncUp’s platform.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales experience in B2B environments, with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage a sales pipeline.
- Experience in Sales Management and Training, including guiding stakeholders through the sales process and supporting client onboarding.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple accounts, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SaaS or technology-driven products, especially in HR or recruitment, is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset and comfort working toward measurable targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
