The RoleWe are expanding our sales team across India and are looking for experienced B2B healthcare software sales professionals who understand how hospitals buy technology.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously sold HMIS, HIS, EMR, Hospital ERP, Hospital Management Software, Clinical Software or Healthcare SaaS solutions directly to hospitals.

You will be responsible for developing hospital accounts in your assigned territory, demonstrating PRESCO to key decision-makers and driving the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

This is not a generic software sales role. We are looking for candidates who understand the hospital ecosystem and can confidently engage with hospital owners, directors, administrators, CIOs, IT Heads, Medical Directors and other decision-makers.

What You Will Do

- Identify and develop new hospital accounts within your assigned territory.
- Generate leads through your existing healthcare network, market mapping, referrals, outbound outreach and company-generated leads.
- Meet hospital owners, administrators, management teams, doctors, CIOs and IT Heads.




- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of PRESCO Hospital Operating System.
- Understand existing hospital workflows and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
- Sell solutions across HMIS, EMR, Paperless IPD, Billing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Insurance, HRMS, Analytics and AI-powered hospital workflows.
- Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from first contact and demo to commercial negotiation and closure.
- Build robust relationships with hospital management teams.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and chance updates.
- Coordinate with implementation and product teams after closure to ensure a smooth handover.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional PRESCO modules and AI solutions.

Who We Are Looking ForWe would especially like to speak with candidates who:
- Have 2–5 years of B2B software sales experience.
- Have sold technology solutions directly to hospitals.
- Have experience selling HMIS / HIS / EMR / Hospital ERP / Hospital Management Software / Healthcare SaaS.
- Understand hospital departments and basic workflows across OPD, IPD, Billing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology and Clinical Documentation.
- Have an existing network of hospitals, hospital administrators or healthcare decision-makers in their territory.
- Are comfortable conducting both online and in-person product demonstrations.
- Can independently manage territory sales and customer relationships.
- Have strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
- Are comfortable travelling within their assigned region.
