About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Web Sales Consultant with at least 1 year of experience in selling website development, web applications, e-commerce solutions, or other IT services. Minimum 6 Months Cold Calling Experience Mandatory The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable web solutions, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable website/web development solutions.
- Explain services, features, pricing, timelines, and project processes to prospective clients.
- Conduct sales calls and online meetings with prospective clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate with clients and work towards closing deals.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, proposals, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in web development, IT services, software,



or digital solutions.
- Good knowledge of website development and common web technologies/services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Comfortable making sales calls and conducting online meetings.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and communication tools is preferred.
