About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated B2B Marketing Executive with good knowledge of the fragrance and perfume industry.

The ideal candidate should understand fragrance applications and have experience dealing with manufacturers in segments such as detergents, liquid detergents, household cleaning products, body sprays, body perfumes and personal-care products.

This is a customer-facing B2B role involving new customer development, regular customer visits, understanding fragrance requirements and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B customers in the fragrance, detergent, household-care and personal-care industries.
- Visit manufacturing companies and meet purchase, R&D;, production and management teams.
- Understand customer requirements for perfumes and fragrances.
- Recommend suitable fragrance products according to the customer's application and product requirements.
- Develop new business opportunities and generate regular sales.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on samples, trials, quotations, orders and payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements, samples and product development.
- Track market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Develop new customers and expand business in assigned territories.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain regular reports of customer visits, enquiries, samples and sales activities.





Target Customer Segments The candidate should be comfortable dealing with manufacturers in areas such as:
- Detergent powder manufacturers
- Liquid detergent manufacturers
- Fabric care manufacturers
- Household cleaning product manufacturers
- Floor cleaner manufacturers
- Toilet cleaner manufacturers
- Body spray manufacturers
- Body perfume manufacturers
- Personal-care product manufacturers
- Other FMCG and consumer-product manufacturers

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing, preferably in the fragrance, perfume, detergent, personal-care, FMCG or chemical ingredients industry.
- Good understanding of perfumes/fragrances and their applications.
- Experience selling to manufacturers is preferred.
- Strong customer acquisition and business development skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and maintaining sales reports.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with existing contacts or experience working with detergent, household-care, body spray, perfume or personal-care manufacturers will be preferred.

Candidates from the fragrance/perfumery industry with a strong understanding of fragrance products and B2B customer requirements are especially encouraged to apply.
