B2B Marketing Manager – IT

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, strengthen our brand presence, and support international business growth.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B IT marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing campaigns for IT services, software, SaaS, CRM/ERP, automation, or technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, email, Upwork, referrals, and other channels.
- Generate recent business opportunities for IT services and software solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client business and technology requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and SOWs.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to develop suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, follow-ups, and forecasts.
- Conduct online meetings and presentations with domestic and international clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 – 4+ years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Proven experience selling IT services, SaaS, CRM, ERP, or software solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Experience with international clients is preferred.
- Good knowledge of CRM, B2B sales, and sales pipeline management.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, or cold calling.
- Strong client relationship, proposal, and follow-up skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and focused on revenue growth.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
