Job Summary & Responsibilities:

Key Skills:

Strong experience in Azure Observability and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

Hands-on expertise with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics Workspace (LAW), Application Insights, Alert Rules, SRE Agent, Workbooks, AMA/DCR, and Azure Diagnostics.

Experience implementing enterprise monitoring solutions using New Relic and Datadog.

Strong knowledge of monitoring, alerting, incident management, and troubleshooting across cloud-native and hybrid environments.

Experience integrating monitoring platforms with ServiceNow (SNOW) using webhooks, APIs, and ITSM workflows.

Ability to create dashboards, automate observability workflows, and drive reliability improvements.

Good understanding of Azure PaaS, IaaS, Kubernetes,



and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and support Azure observability and monitoring solutions.

Build proactive monitoring, alerting, and dashboards for critical applications and infrastructure.

Integrate Azure Monitor, Recent Relic, Datadog, and ServiceNow for event and incident management.

Collaborate with engineering teams to improve application reliability, availability, and performance.

Preferred Certifications:

New Relic, Azure Administrator / Azure Monitor / SRE-related certifications.
