? Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain APIs using Azure API Management (APIM).
- Implement APIM policies for authentication, authorization, rate limiting, throttling, caching, routing, and transformations.
- Design and manage RESTful APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
- Configure API products, subscriptions, versions, revisions, and developer access.
- Implement API security using OAuth 2.0, JWT, certificates, subscription keys, and related authentication mechanisms.
- Integrate APIM with Azure services and backend applications.




- Troubleshoot API performance, connectivity, authentication, and integration issues.
- Monitor APIs and identify opportunities for performance and reliability improvements.
- Work closely with architects, developers, DevOps, security, and application teams.
- Support API deployments and CI/CD processes across multiple environments.

? Required Skills
- 8–10 years of overall IT/software development experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure API Management (APIM).
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP/HTTPS, and API lifecycle management.
- Experience implementing APIM policies and API security.
- Good knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, OpenID Connect, and certificate-based authentication.
- Experience with Azure integration and cloud services.
- Understanding of API monitoring, logging, error handling, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with CI/CD and Azure DevOps is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
