- Strong experience in L2 and L3 activities for Axway B2Bi Production Support of Interfaces and Platforms
- Strong hands-on in developing and supporting Integration Interfaces
- Very good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Timely updates and good communication with all Stakeholders
- Continuous learning of modernized Integration platforms (cloud native Integrations and latest iPaaS products
- Hands-on in AI agents, AI agent platforms like co-pilot
- Good understanding of using AI platforms for Integration fixes and new builds
- Good hands-on in Integration Monitoring tools and dashboards
- Proactive monitoring and providing continuous improvements in Support activities

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

- Axway EDI/B2B: Changes in existing Partner configuration, recent EDI partner onboarding, development of new Maps, adding enhancements to existing maps
- Axway External File Transfer: Changes in existing Partner configuration, new File transfer partner onboarding
- Process improvement: Enable Axway Sentinel dashboard for end-to-end monitoring, Operational scripts for Integrations
