? What You’ll Do

• Provide L1/L2 production support for Axiom reporting jobs

- Troubleshoot Axiom jobs and resolve production issues within SLA

• Work with development teams on L3 escalations

- Monitor Axiom platform health and reporting jobs
- Support upgrades, patches, deployments and production migrations
- Perform RCA and implement long-term solutions
- Maintain Financial Regulatory Reporting applications and data quality

• Identify manual activities and drive automation opportunities

- Participate in change/release management activities
- Mentor junior support engineers and collaborate with internal teams
